PTFE extrusion tube

Other name: PTFE Push Hose, Teflon Push Hose, Teflon hose, Teflon extrusion tube

Construction: It is made by plunger extrusion of suspension polymerized PTFE resins. So that the fiber orientation, and after drying, high temperature sintering, shaping process and made of hose, usually packed in roll.

Characteristics:

High chemical stability, can withstand all kinds of strong acid, including the aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid, thick hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, strong alkali, oxidant and all kinds of organic solvent; it is good for the feeding of the high-purity chemicals.

Non-stick, very low friction coefficient, no residue will stay in the hose after use.

Anti-aging, can be long time used outdoors.

Excellent dielectric properties. PTFE is the high non-polar material, has the good dielectric property. The dielectric constant is about 2.0 which is the smallest in all of the insulation materials being used, and will not being affected by the change of the temperature and frequency.

Excellent thermal stability; the limited oxygen index is more than 95; it only melts in the flame without any droplet, and will be carbonized in high temperature.

High flexibility, bear bending.

Some hoses are highly transparent, which is easy to observe the internal liquid.

Application: used in chemical industry, machinery, Heat exchanger, automobile, chlor-alkali industry, electric heating pipe, pulp, steam, compressed gas, heat exchanger, paint, textile, medicine, pharmacy, bicycle, coffee machines and other industries, mainly used for catheter.
